These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the Uzuria (“the Provider”) website located at the domain name www.uzuria.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
All online credit card payments are processed by the payfast Internet Payment Gateway. Card Holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to view the payfast security policy.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
EFT is the preferred payment option since it incurs the lowest transactional fees. Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Uzuria as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number, as well as your initial and surname (e.g. 488 A Other) in the reference line for your payment.
All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
The total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable taxes, fees and shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
Refund and Return Policy
Please do not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 7 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the provider’s standards. Should the provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with NO deductions.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
The provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the user’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Website for changes or updates. The user’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the user’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
7 Days Free Returns Policy
You can return items for credit or cash refund provided:
• you return the item within 7 days of delivery;
• the item is in a re-sellable condition and the item is in its original packaging.
You are requested to return items without any undue delay. Uzuria reserves the right to reject returns 7 days after the delivery date.
To arrange for a return please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If an item is returned due to an error on our side we will remedy the error at our cost (e.g. defect). When arranging for returns you will be required to email us the information requested, including the particular item/s being returned and the reason for its return to email@example.com. Only products purchased on our site may be returned in this manner.
